The Artist Inventory Tracker is an app I built for artists to track their inventory. It also calculates a serious amount of data for you about things like:
When you click the "Add Item" button, you will be asked to put in a Name, Hrs To Make, Price ($), Cost To Print ($), How Many Made, How Many Sold.
It will then display the Name, Hrs To Make, Made (with a +/- button to add more if you make more), Sold (with a +/- button to keep track of every time you sell a piece), In Stock (how many you have in stock), and Price
There is also a notes section so that you can add comments about your work, or future ideas, etc...
There is a "Data" button that displays quite a bit of data about your art piece, like how much you made per hour, what percentage of your inventory you sold (you can compare it to other pieces to see which pieces sell the best), and a few other useful features.
You can use the data to do things like this... Add the name of the piece using the "Add Item" button, example "Green Forest" and if that piece took 30hrs to make, and you sell it for $300 it displays that you made $10 per hour.
If you make reprints of that "Green Forest", add a second item and name it something like "Green Forest Prints", and put "0.1 hrs to make" in the input field because a printer only takes seconds to make a reprint. Even if you charge less because it's a reprint let's say $30, it will still tell you that you made way more per hour from the prints... $300 per hour to be exact, because the printer did the work.
There's also a "Toggle" button that starts as "New", but you can switch it to "Active" if your taking that piece to shows or galleries, or switch it to "Inactive" in case you've decided to just keep it in storage for now.
